Bihar: Amit Shah, Yogi Adityanath unveil life-size statue of Jayaprakash Narayan in Sitab Diara

CM Yogi raised the issue of floods in Bihar

Sitab Diara (Chhapra): On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has reached Sitab Diara on Tuesday to unveil the statue. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has also present with Amit Shah.

The duo arrived in the birthplace of Jayaprakash Narayanan, popularly known as JP, in Bihar’s Saran district to attend the 120th birth anniversary celebrations of the socialist icon.

The Home Minister will be here for about two hours. Shah has reached JP’s village via Varanasi and will return to Delhi by the same route. In view of safety, the platform has been constructed by mixing iron, ply and iron. Extensive security arrangements have been made for the arrival of the Home Minister.

Address the people, Shah said “On the birth anniversary of Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan ji, I am addressing a huge gathering at Sitab Diara, his birthplace”. Amit Shah said that the decision to install JP’s statue was taken by PM Modi in the cabinet, which is being completed today.

UP CM Yogi raised the issue of floods in Bihar and said that earlier there was such a situation in UP also. But now only 2 to 3 districts are left where this problem will be eliminated in 1 or 2 years. Strong initiatives will be taken soon to solve the problem of flood. The present Bihar government is misleading the youth of Bihar.

“After independence, Jaiprakash Narayan ji did the work of giving leadership to the country. The country became independent in 1947, but Ballia had freed itself five years ago. This has been the land of revolution. It has been my view that the Government of Bihar and the Government of Uttar Pradesh together should clean the silt of the river and develop water transport between the two states.” – Yogi Adityanath,

Adityanath’s address the people and said that, I congratulate the Home Minister on behalf of the people of Bihar and UP. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has worked to make JP’s dreams come true. Yogi said that he said that Bihar cannot see the end of democracy. Whenever democracy has been attacked, Bihar has agitated against it. After independence, Jaiprakash ji did the work of giving leadership to the country. JP had ignited the flame of revolution in the subjugated India.

“Those who have been doing politics in the name of Jayaprakash and Lohia, their exploits are being known by the whole country. Dishonesty and corruption prevent the talent of Bihar from progressing. Criminalization in politics is a hindrance to development. Dishonesty and corruption have stopped the youth of Bihar from moving forward.” – Yogi Adityanath

In the ceremony, BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi said that the Grand Alliance government of Bihar is afraid of Amit Shah.

Home Minister Amit Shah reached Sitab Diara on the occasion of JP Jayanti. Shah has reached the stage. Amit Shah paid floral tributes at the 14-feet tall JP statue. Also, JP’s statue was unveiled here. Along with UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also present. Nityanand Rai, former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi are also present.

Amit Shah’s second program in Bihar: Last month Amit Shah had come on a tour of Seemanchal and there was a lot of politics at that time too. JDU leaders had made many allegations. He was also accused of spoiling the atmosphere and soon told to answer Amit Shah by rallying in Purnia. JDU could not even answer the Purnea rally yet and Amit Shah’s second program has also been made in Bihar and that too on JP Jayanti, October 11, this program is being held.
