BJP National leader takes up issue of Ex MNS officers

Avinash Rai Khanna opened dialogue with Defence Minister

PUNJAB/ Hoshiarpur: A long pending demand of restoration of ESM status to Ex Military nursing officers was brought up by the social activist Ashwani Joshi through various press conferences, social media and a national seminar held at Delhi this month.

Ex National Vice President of BJP and Ex Member of Rajya Sabha, Avinash Rai Khanna, a senior national leader of BJP has now opened a dialogue with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on this issue.

Just a few days ago Avinash Rai Khanna had written to the defence minister on this issue sympathetically.

Avinash Rai Khanna is known for promptness to public and social causes who is also an advocate by profession.

In a press release Ashwani Joshi, convener of EMNOWOI (Ex Military nursing officers welfare organisation India), said we are in hope that after elections something solid will be done to address the long pending issue of ESM rights to the ex MNS officers.

MNS Cadre a all women force in India has a long history and going to complete it’s century next year.

Meanwhile Joshi has advised the ex MNS officers to stay focussed on issues and stay united for common concerns. He said we definitely work for allround solution & not on just talks.It’s pertinent to tell that on ESM issue Major General Sushila Shahi has filed the case in Supreme Court of India also.
