CM Nitish Kumar Offers Prayers at Sheetla Temple in Patna to Worship Goddess Durga

Patna: Mahagauri is being worshiped on the eighth day of Sharadiya Navratri 2022. CM Nitish Kumar, offered prayers at the Sheetla Temple in Patna to worship Goddess Durga.

Along with this, the CM wished Navratri to the people of Bihar. He said that every time he comes to see the goddess place. They enjoy coming here.

Nitish Kumar worshiped at Sheetla Mandir:

CM worshiped at Sheetla Mata Temple and Shakti Peeth Badi Patnadevi Temple at Agamkuan. He worshiped the Goddess Durga and prayed for the progress and peace of the country and the state. Finance Minister Vijay Choudhary was also present on this occasion. The Chief Minister extended best wishes to the state and the countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Durga Puja and Dussehra festival.

On this occasion, CM Nitish was traditionally welcomed by Chunni Goddess on behalf of the organizing board.

According to the Hindu calendar, the Ashtami of Sharadiya Navratri 2022 is on 3 October 2022. It is also known as Maha Ashtami and Durgashtami. On this day Goddess Mahagauri, the eighth power of Mata Goddess Durga, is worshipped. Worshiping Goddess Mahagauri gets rid of sinful deeds. Ashtami and Navami Tithi have special significance in Navratri.

Navratri, also known as “The Festival of Lights,” is a nine-day Hindu celebration that takes place in Autumn every year. During this time, Hindus all around India honor the goddess Durga, who triumphs over the evil demon Mahishasura. This festival is observed in many other countries around the world by people of many different religions.
