“National Security Act invoked: Accused’s house demolished with Bulldozer in Tribal Urination Case”

Tribal Urination Case: In a shocking incident in the Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh, where a tribal man was reportedly urinated upon, the administration has taken swift action by demolishing a part of the accused’s house using a bulldozer.

According to a report by the news agency ANI, the administration targeted the illegal encroachment section of Pravesh Shukla’s house and carried out the demolition using heavy machinery.

The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, had earlier expressed his determination to take strict action against the accused under the National Security Act, highlighting the gravity of the offense.

Confirming the arrest of the accused, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra stated on Wednesday morning, “He has been apprehended and is currently in police custody. Legal action has been initiated, and as per the Chief Minister’s directive, the accused will face charges under the National Security Act.”

In the aftermath of this incident, social media platforms and the Congress party have raised concerns regarding the accused, Pravesh Shukla, allegedly being affiliated with BJP MLA Kedarnath Shukla. This has prompted questions about whether the same stringent action will be taken against him, including the use of bulldozers.

Responding to queries about the use of heavy machinery, Narottam Mishra emphasized, “The bulldozer will not be deployed at the whim of the Congress; it will operate in accordance with the law. If there is encroachment, the bulldozer will be utilized as per legal provisions.”

The incident has sparked widespread outrage and debate about the treatment of tribal communities and the need for swift and impartial justice. As investigations continue, the government’s firm stance and commitment to upholding the law send a strong message against such reprehensible acts.
