NEW DELHI: The Indian cricket team for the upcoming series against West Indies has been announced, with some notable changes and inclusions. Mohammed Shami has been given a well-deserved rest for the entire series, while Ajinkya Rahane has been appointed as the vice-captain for the two-match Test series.
In the Test squad, Rohit Sharma will lead the team as the captain. Joining him will be Shubman Gill, Rituraj Gaikwad, Virat Kohli, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and the newly appointed vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane.
